The Agriculture Ambassadors program aims to empower Emirati youth in the agricultural sector, strengthen their role in national food security, and prepare young leaders for innovation and sustainable agriculture. The program addresses youth reluctance toward agriculture and bridges the gap between research and field application.

Qualifying national cadres in modern agriculture and food security

Launching innovative startups that enhance local production

Monthly Councils

10-12 monthly councils featuring experts in food security, smart agriculture, water management, and climate change. A platform for knowledge exchange and strategic discussions.

Training Workshops

6-8 workshops focused on technical and practical skills in modern agriculture. Hands-on training in cutting-edge farming technologies and sustainable practices.

Field Visits

4 visits to leading agricultural facilities: National Agricultural Center, Pure Harvest, Emirates Bio Farm, and Elite Agro. Real-world exposure to successful farming operations.

International Missions

International exposure through missions to leading agricultural nations. The Netherlands and China have shown interest, with funding being secured for these transformative experiences.

Agripreneur Innovation Camp

3-5 intensive days of idea generation, business model development, and investor pitches. Transform agricultural ideas into viable business ventures with expert mentorship.
